Well I'm "here in England" and I've been looking at an Atlas to findout where "here in Europe" might be. I've asked some of my friends and they've no idea...think its a sort of geographical feature like the Equator. Like.... "well I'm here in the Equator" or something. In any event what on earth is the point of making a statement like " In the Equator or anywhere else we are way ahead of the US" even if it were true. This is supposed to be a forum about investment in a global market. I haven't seen anyone in Japan say "here in Japan we're way ahead of ....". They don't need to..... Now that I've got my moan about political correctness off my chest what role does the smart card fulfill regarding social security in your country?
