We already know the answer, but here is Scott's email reply to my question about the 28MM.

Hello Andrew,

Thank you for your interest in Topro. To clarify the question the $28 million dollar number came from a company sales meeting a few weeks ago, whereby the company was trying to forecast the first half. The $28 million number represents a total number which includes both system integration and Y2k combined. Please realize this number literally changes on a daily basis and could ultimately result to be a greater number as the company continues to secure both SI and Y2K
engagements.
