made the Win 10 recovery drive with system files on a 32 GB USB flash. Took 45 minutes. MS suggests a minimum of 16 GB capacity. No problems. PS: prior to this I had another USB flash drive installed and when trying to remove it safely, the system said it's in use [it wasn't]. Going to file explorer and right clicking, then 'eject' worked
