TRIBY is a filing company. The use of EDGAR does not determine filing status, but rather quarterly reporting to the SEC. TRIBY is in no danger of delisting but with a $3+ stock price might be able to move to the National Market System... a big step for a small company. Stock price is the only qualification lacking now. Maybe by 2nd qtr. of '98. DMore
