And deadbeats are inventive but a state can try to enforce child support laws if they are willing. Maybe NY & PA aren't so willing.
Can you verify that Texas enforces it's child support laws??? Use common sense, it's not worth the courts time to go after these guys......and the people they're supposed to help, in their opinion, aren't worth it....they're trash, after all......
