If trading starts on the 7th of January, it will probably by in the pink sheets..

for < $.50 a share. When SEXI was investigated, it was halted for approx. 3 weeks and then Pink Sheets. It went from $2 to $.50. It traded to approx. $.75 shortly and then down to $.03 eventually.

I don't know enough right now to say exactly what is going to happen.
