Fine but you are overlooking the judges initial decision which declared he wanted IE removed not disabled. When one has such power one must be very careful in the manner in which one uses the English language - that is why lawyers have clung to their arcane terms of art for so long. This judge messed up and has caused a great deal of trouble with his slip of the pen.
