Not quite sure what you mean by "is this unilateral." We became active on the thread on our own behalf not on the behest of Oilex. We will still deal with current activities and management's development of this junior oil company, as this is what we have direct knowledge of. We own stock in Oilex, you have opinions as to it's value, should we keep it and ride out the storm, sell it before the first of the year and book our lose or buy more.
Finally, we read EDGAR as well, and we read 13 million in assets, 9 million in net equity, and no debt.
