I believe (hope) that since they are well aware of the concern over financing, they either have a Sarissa placement lined up or a femprox deal. Preferably the latter.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I seem to recall when the original Sarissa deal was done, there was a provision that prevented Apricus from selling shares to anyone else without them having first refusal.
