You're a gun owner and you admit to being a lifelong law breaker, have dosed people covertly with LSD, and think you can place curses on people. Obviously, you need to report yourself to the FBI or Homeland Security or someone.

Start with a database of every American that owns a gun. (Bentway admits owning guns, one a cut down shotgun rigged to carry under a coat - CHECK.) Then, add any criminal history. (Admits to smuggling drugs in from Mexico, growing weed, selling it and swapping it for sex, dosing people covertly with LSD - CHECK) Then, all gun owners that have displayed anger. Then, all gun owners that have had any sort of mental problem in their lives... (You think you can place curses on people - CHECK. )
