Freedom of speech isn't limited to the technology available when it was recognized by law, same for freedom of the press, you can use a state of the art printing press, or use something other then a printing press like a web site or a printer.
I didn't say it was, in fact I specifically said it wasn't........The framers weren't talking about the technology only the right to say and write want you want........

It also doesn't limit the recognition of the right to militias.
I think it does otherwise the phrase wouldn't have to be in there......as simple as that............ And the framers had no concept of what weapons would evolve into...........otherwise why have we place limits on the types of weapons we may own.?
