So then gun shows do not always do background checks????

Gun shows are free to organize within each states laws - in a state that requires background checks - all transfers get checked. In those that don't - it's up to the show to decide. Regardless of the shows policy - all FFL dealers run checks and guns are booked in and out.

How hard is that to understand?
Oh, many do, but not all.......you've changed your mind?

Statement of fact - no changing of my mind. FFL dealers still must do checks.

You're asking the wrong guy, I would charge a helluva lot more.....

Like a planned parent abortion - I don't care what they charge as long as the government foots the bill - they are the ones requiring the check - not me.

To recap -

FFL dealers run checks everywhere in all states at every sale - gunshow, garage, car trunk - whatever.
Individual citizens follow State law if one exists or a show's policy requires a check. Otherwise they are free to buy/sell to whoever they want.
