Carl,
I need to clear up an issue here - if anyone remembers the days of IGT giving us back 2.1 million shares because they wanted to get out of a manufacturing deal with us, they will recall the shares were cancelled. This is a requirement of Bermuda law. The company cannot hold treasury stock, so when it buys back, the share certs are cancelled increasing EPS and the relative percentage held by each shareholder.
