Are there any MSFT's out there on the horizon ready to pounce on YHOO? I don't know, but I'm about ready to go postal! Usually you need a catalyst for stocks like these to crash. What are the threats to YHOO's business? Well, there are several competitors, which are also insanely overpriced, but still far below the levels at which YHOO flies. There's also the entire question of whether the business model is realistic: if exposure on a website leads to enough sales to make it worthwhile for a company to advertise there.
