David, re. the stock buyback, I would hope that the company uses it very selectively for those times when the share price is depressed rather than buying at current levels. From a financial standpoint it generally makes sense to buy shares when they are depressed and to issue shares (if needed) when they are elevated - such a strategy can improve the balance sheet and book value. A buyback at current levels would cut cash by 50% and reduce book value by about 25%. A good guideline might be what an astute investor might do - wait until the values are really compelling.

It is great to see the company have this type of issue - to be flush with enough cash to ponder when to buy back shares - and I trust that such purchases will be selective.
