We've had YEARS of education about the dangers of alcohol, cigarettes and drugs but people still use them. You can't educate people out of being depressed or bullied or just plain whacky. What you CAN do is NOT give them easy access to guns... Eventually we will see people going after folks in the NRA or conservative politicians and THEN we may see things change. Politicians don't care about ANYTHING but their jobs. When they have to start worrying about themselves, THEN they will start paying attention....
