I know EXACTLY why that cigarette chart looks like that. That's about the time when they started JACKING UP cigarette prices to extraordinary levels. I was working in Chicago at the time and I was a smoker. I was SHOCKED the first time I went to a cigarette machine. Maybe THAT's the answer. Maybe we should jack up the price for a handgun to $3,000 and the price for an AR 15 to $10,000.
