Thomas, To be fair, J&J has caused problems with DECN becoming a "viable" business. They have a new Korean manufacturer of their strips and we will see if they can make a good run in the diabetic test strip market. If they can get a nice settlement from J&J, which it appears they can do, that is the time to see if they can really run the business. Right now, mostly, this is a play on if they can get a nice settlement from J&J who has dragged this out for years. Afterwards, it will depend on if they can manage the business.
