I don't see the point in banning them, or even considering them to be all that dangerous, or even very special in a non-dangerous way. For close range people can just use a shotgun, for long range an ordinary hunting rifle is worse. For concealment a pistol is more useful to a criminal (and is the weapon most often used in murders in the US and many other places)

What about the rights of people that just want to be able to go to OUTSIDE without the fear of being MURDERED!

That's why there is a law against murder (which can do some good through deterrence and through catching the murderers and keeping them from murdering again). Most existing gun control, and most proposed gun control either is pretty useless in protecting people against being murdered or keeps them from protecting themselves.
