Warren,

The reason Iomega is under pressure is that Syquest has regained technology leadership at the high end, and Sony is about to obsolete the Zip drive. Iomega can't produce a 2 Gig drive, while Syquest can make a 4.7 Gig drive for the same price. The SparQ gives 10 times the capacity as the Zip for the same price for the drive and 2-3 times as much for the media. The Sony drive is twice the capacity as the Zip, higher performance, and backwards compatible with existing 1.44 Meg floppies. To choose to ignore all this is pure folly. I'm selling my IOM on any sign of strength.

Pravin.
