I listened to Ben Carson on 'Marketplace' on NPR tonite. He wants to cut spending across the board, all programs, about 4% - sort of a super sequester. That said he also wants boots on the ground in the middle east and a space program where we're actually sending people into space again. He will NOT raise the debt ceiling to cover debt we've already incurred with spending that has already happened, but, somehow, we won't default either.

The interviewer tried to pin him down, but this is all going to happen, by some sort of Ben Carson magic! According to Carson, it's SIMPLE! He's like a very soft spoken Donald Trump.
