I found your post/excerpt to be pretty disturbing if it is true. The idea of misrepresntation/lying was at the base of my question a while back, as to whether shareholders could censure/do something about management.

I think that the audit cost an ungodly amount of money and if there are friction problems between LUMN and C&L, then they should break off the sour relationship and start over. I hope that new people in management (COO, CFO) can clean things up & turn the company around.

I bought the stock because I felt that Luminite was/is a great product: innovative, interesting, useful & cost-effective. I will hold because I don't believe that I should take a loss on something with this much potential (and my position is relatively small, so I guess I can take a hit if I need to - but I won't be happy if I do). It seems that the company's expenses are too high and that they need to do some restructuring/cost cutting to boost profits. Some more visibly ethical behavior wouldn't hurt either - I was never exactly lied to, but things have sounded much more positive than warranted by the results that I've eventually seen.

Here's hoping the "string of positive press releases" that Mr. Courson told me about keep coming - and turn into profits!

PS - I work in marketing/advertising/pr and I would love to get ahold of this product. It shouldn't be tremendously difficult or expensive to promote this and get sales going even stronger.
