You do realize that the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution are two very different things? Not he least of which is the Constitution is the legal basis of the country and the Declaration is not?

Bu your reasoning, when the country put down the various Rebellions at the beginning of the Republic, the government was acting in a way contrary to the will of the Founders. Many of which backed the putting down of the Rebellions. And the South was right when they tried to secede and that Lincoln was wrong when he opposed it.

In other words, Tim you are FOS. No such right exists in this country. Armed rebellion is known as treason. Says so in the Constitution.
