Chief I noticed you stated in a previous post you would require a subpoena to release information on other posters on your TCC site in order to protect there privacy and rights.I am very proud you understand the need to protect privacy.Now why would you not expect stockhouse to be the same.Surrendering a IP addie or names of alias sign in information without legal authority is serious stuff.I do see a CA at some point as many know the sh site was breached as Bobbiegreen posted information over the years only obtainable without a production order as those posters he posted about never had one issued against.So did hoov....Its all going to go down quickly now you guys were played and did not see it coming.My students will all write about your case as it proceeds for sure.Have a great long weekend up there in the white north.
