Hello David,
Interesting, if I read you correctly then the total number of outstanding
shares becomes deminished by the number purchased? Wasn't that long ago we
were looking for Radica to increase the float for large investors, can't
seem to make everyone happy, it seems. If Radica buys the shares they go away
and can not be added back to the float at a later date. Is that correct?

Also a question on the float size, I've been thinking it was close to 5-6
million but that seems lite. Was that prior to sales back earlier this year,
I think? can you give me a ball park where it currently stands?

I'm sure Radica will figure out what is in the companies and therefore the
shareholders best intrest as far as buying back shares. You guys seem to be
doing pretty good from what I can tell!

Thanks in advance.
Wayne
