I believe it is because the left perceives it to be the case that if it is genetic, it is not a mere "illness" that can be "cured". And in ancient times, homos were believed to be mentally ill.

I don't doubt one day an epigenetic relationship may be shown but as yet it just isn't there.

I argue about only because I'm sick of the Left corrupting basic science.
