A plea for help..... Stop the dis-memberment! Quadrax is going to be sold off piecemeal to satisfy the bank. The shareholders will come last and get nothing.

If you want a voice in what happends to Quadrax;

If you want to ensure that Quadrax's future is in the best for the shareholders;

Then e-mail David Evans at davidevans@iname.com and pledge your shares in proxy. Please indicate the numbers of shares you are holding. We have to do something before Jan,5th!
