John,
It sure looks like Susan needs a bit of education about the wonders of SYNVISC. Are you going to correct some of her misconceptions
1- number of injections = 3 for SYNVISC
2- cost therefore 300 not 500

It sounds like they must deal almost exclusively with rheumatoid arthritis since she stated that they don't see that much OA.
