Arctic ice is gaining nicely. Since the low in 2012, boreal ice is up nearly 40%. Strange, considering NOAA/NCDC tells us 2014 and 2015 are the 2 hottest years in recorded history. And double strange, considering we are told that the poles are the fastest warming places on Earth.



I've never denied the Earth warming and boreal sea-ice declining since 1978. I'm arguing the physical mechanism behind it. We are told CO2 is responsible, especially because climate models say so and blowhards tell us, again and again and again.



That was 2007. Let's see how Arctic sea ice has done since 2007. Wow! It not only still around; it has increased. But, but, but, but model experts said the CO2 heating they programmed was going to melt it all. Doesn't that prove they don't have a grasp on ice dynamics and variations?



Variations? But, New York Times in 2000 said, "The last time scientists can be certain the pole was awash in water was more than 50 million years ago."




I love hearing these grandiose statistics. I think it helps their puny egos feel important. LOL! 50 million years ago, except that time 13 years ago.



And the other time they broke through the North Pole in 1959.


And that other time open water was reported in 1926.
