DJIA Resistance Overhead...

If history is any indication (2001, 2002, 2008), testing the 20mma (DJIA 17223) from below is the kiss of death.
Also, DJIA is approaching the H&S necklines (DJIA ~17140) which broke and precipitated its August plunge.
As if that wasn't enough, a falling 20wma provides additional resistance (DJIA 17265).
