Maybe you have evidence you didn't' present that clearly shows it is a war crime, but nothing you posted or linked to shows it to be one.

Only building that was struck - Is not a significant point.

Attacks continued after communication about the fact that it is a hospital - That's significant enough to mention and consider, but hardly solid evidence of war crime, unless the communication was directly to the person performing the actual attack.

Its still early, and some evidence might come up, but right now you have very little.
