iso what do you think of a retail debt jubilee plan run by the FED ? They would give all retail say 50 thous . These $ would first have to go to pay down debt if you have some .

It would bring debt to GDP down where many could even borrow to buy cars ect . Get us out of the big debt danger area , stimulate the economy at the same time .

Perhaps we could drop it to 10 thous but find a # that gives us the biggest boost for our $ . The majority in the bottom 80 % spend all their income annually .
