I have a lot of faith in people and their ability to work together. My friends at SI cover a wide spectrum of talent and opinion, Teams are the most natural thing in the world for people to create and people have an uncanny ability to work together given the opportunity.

Team-Moderators aren't for all threads, but they will create a new generation of threads that are stronger because of their combined leadership. :)
