Do you think there is a particular reason not to let people have C4? If so maybe it shouldn't be allowed.

My point was only that there doesn't need to be a reason to allow something, but rather there needs to be a reason to disallow it, and that there isn't any reason to disallow a rifle because it happens to have a flash suppressor or any of the other cosmetic differences that get it designated as an "assault weapon" according to some laws. I didn't say the same thing about C4, or anything about C4. C4 is a different subject and one I'm not very interested in right now.
