That reminds me of an Angelina Jolie film "Beyond Borders," which depicted the activities of "Doctors Without Borders." Her doctor chum played by Clive Owen was very passionate about helping the helpless in Ethiopia, but unfortunately most of his beneficiaries got killed, as I recall. Then he moved to Cambodia or someplace, and loaded up a barge with weapons with which to purchase the forbearance of guerrillas so he could go up and 'save' more people. A little kid got hold of a box of grenades, and one blew up, killing a bunch of people.

Meanwhile, Angelina's husband stayed home with their daughters, and nobody died. I figured, he saved more people by staying home and doing nothing while Clive Owen's character tried to save the world and got dozens (hundreds?) killed in the process.

Obozo does have to take the rap for this bombing, but it won't stick.
