#1) What I said Kugler was that those complaining to the SEC about RMIL have an interest in trading being halted(.) #2) I NEVER complained to the SEC! The NASD defered a matter to the SEC. I contacted the SEC to inform them that my original complaint was about our/my delay in obtaining certs, not Mork or DVBC. The SEC attorney informed me she won't talk to the public about investigations. I spoke to the co. twice today and the SEC attorney once. The attorney was only 'gathering' info, didn't respond ( to me) to any questions. I informed her of brokers that are asking RMIL longs to sell shares on the internet ( i.e., your two requests to Daddy Bigs to sell his shares and request other RMIL longs to sell theirs). That is my first 'complaint' directly to the sec, other than the 'defered' matter I defined above., Pugs
