Let's not forget, these super-low interest rates were initially put in place by Alan Greenspan way back in the Bush Admin., long before the Bush Great Recession. So, the tools haven't been there for a LONG time. If anyone should have raised rates, it was Greenspan, after the initial brief recession was over in the beginning of the Bush admin. But, he didn't.

I think Yellen should start regular quarter point raises, wait for things to settle, then do another. Until we're at least up a couple of points.
