Beyond the fact that the WTC was attacked twice there is other evidence it was targted. As for the Kanduz hospital being clearly marked, things are not always so clear when you aren't right up on it and your being shot at, or when your flying over a couple of miles up in the air. logic is easy if you have any You didn't actually make any argument, you just imply one, and the one you apply is rather limited, only useful if there are no important differences between the targets and the situations. Planning and preparing for years for a specific target is a little different then being in the middle of a battle.
