Tim,

With my Real Time Quote Server, I can't always tell for sure which trades are buys and which are sells, but I can get a pretty good idea. There was some selling today, but there were also some nice size buys. I was very pleased to see that FAMH closed up today at .32 x .335. This is a tough time of the year for any stock. I was told by Alexander Wescott that the shares are starting to be hard to get. This was very encouraging to me.

There should be a lot of good things happening with FAMH in January. These are some of the things I am looking to see happen in January.

1. I do expect to see the Audited Financials and 10K by the end of the month.

2. Ira's appearances on the Morton Downey Jr. Invest America Show.

3. The show will be seen on TWA and United Airlines
reaching another 5,000,000 viewers through flight talk.

4. The show will also be produced as a pilot show on
Microsoft's "new" cable network.

5. Ira's road show with presentations to brokers and fund managers.

5. As far as I know there are four new offices already in the works for the first quarter. I believe two or three of those should be opened or be acquired in January.

6. The Finance subsidiary will be adding an Underwriter.
This is an VERY high profit division.

It also sounds like the company has other things on which they are working, so we may have some additional news of which I am not aware.
