It is good to see a new cycle and new ideas. I made some mistakes during the early months of the last one which I won't repeat. I've made it a rule not to make decisions based on what I hear on the TV or on what happens in the market or with a stock over a few days. The choices that have paid off for me were the new choices that were bought at the right time and held onto. I could have had some big gains in some others if I had done the same thing. I've found that the highest percentage of choices that have done the best are purchased early in a new cycle and that late in a cycle the percentage of choices that produce strong gains is much less. I've bought one new idea and will buy another one of the three added on Sunday.
