Greg: OT re WDC lawsuit

Looks like your garden variety shareholder lawsuit. You might as well go ahead and sign up. Be sure and read carefully all notices and communications you receive from counsel and the court I have not heard of this particular plaintiff firm but that doesn't mean anything. When the case settles, you'll receive a notice or motion to approve the settlement. When you get that, take a look at the amount of attorneys' fees being sought. It should be part of the settlement agreement. You'll come to the conclusion that you should have gone to law school instead of becoming an engineer <GG>. You will have the right to object to the attorneys' fees if you think they are excessive.
