I don't know what the situation is at the moment, they probably don't have an office right now, because they just don't need one to proceed with the merger.
Several people were concerned that they couldn't find any reference on WOTD in the public records (I tried to do that myself as soon as I learned what the company name was - no luck!).
I personally incorporated 3 companies over the last couple of years. I just tried to find any info on them, and found NOTHING! However, the companies are completely legit! (I am sure I will be able to track them down if I inquire at the CT Dept. of State, where the Articles of Incorporation were filed). We can only speculate about WOTD at this point, I am sure it won't be long till we know much more from Mr. Arnold himself. So, here is my share of speculation:
First, WOTD may be a new company, incorporated solely for the purpose of the upcoming merger. So far, it is just an "acquisition-driven company", it doesn't have to have an office (just a legal address) to start acquiring other companies. Second, it may have been registered in another state (this practice is quite common!)
