David K. The market will determine the price of the shares that ACCO will have to pay. Nobody will tender their shares at .45 if the shares are trading at .50. If on the other hand ACCO uses the same under handed techniques that Gravis used, you never know. Personally I think ACCO has its hands full just getting Gravis's house in order. John P.S. I've increased my position in Gravis.
