It would be helpful if they would share how much of the churn were credit cards of inactive subscribers who did not notice they no longer had NFLX because they never use it and will not be renewing. They made is sound like this was just friction in renewing and that those involuntary cancellations would be back. May be they are using Hulu and Prime instead. They also said that the new credit cards issues with the chip and new expiration dates was only one third complete, meaning the impact should be 2x going forward....
