So-called "studies" are all over the place. But the reality is there are 130K documented civilian deaths. Period. While there may be some undocumented, historically, the number of people killed in wars have been fairly accurately recorded.

That's simply not true. Essential items, like electricity, are better than they were before the war. Hell, they had no meaningful electrical grid, with generators stuck all over the place that entire neighborhoods would just tie onto. Too, I believe water is as good or better than it was.

Major highways still have plenty of damage. But the reality is much of that was caused by IEDs that left holes in the concrete.

You're talking about the Obama war. Not the Bush war. When Bush left office the war was over and rebuilding was underway.

And hell, no, you don't get to blame Bush for Obama's fucking train wreck in Iraq.
