The < $700 would be the box price without the conferencing features. However these cost extra by a lot. Current suggested pricing just for the box is $1000. Way too high. 300 to 500 without a monitor might be too high. Plus the video-conferencing is going to require its own dedicated twisted pair to function optimally. I don't know much about networking but that is a yellow flag at least, and it has never been explained. Hell, Cowpland bragged about it.
