And, while at it, ask what actual % interest in anything useful these guys still own. My impression is that this is basically a shell stock... one that has had almost all of the potential value it had stripped out of it and transferred to others. The prior history had them owning a real % interest in a potentially real project. Now they own fractions of a fraction... if anything... and don't appear to be an active operational entity that is capable of restoring meaningful ownership of value they've lost.

I won't mind being proven wrong... but don't expect to be.
