PS:

And low interest rates promote more debt. And more misallocation of capital. Creating potential for a huge implosion, but one that will take place in circa 2 years. Raising rates is recessionary now but might start the much-needed debt deleveraging.

So, no good solution, either rip the Band-aid off the wound now or let it fester on the hope that nature might heal it.

Either way, pain.

Fed's forecasting is beyond abysmal. Hundreds of millions worth of Ph Ds with prehensile thumbs up rectum.

Easiest forecast: no rate raise in 2015, and perhaps none in 2016.
