That isn't true .. it's just your sick 'America is responsible for all the evil in the world' bias. ISIS, Al Qaeda .. they are all movements born out of the Islamic scriptures and a desire to re-establish the caliphate lost in the early 20th century and wage war on infidels till the whole earth has been subdued by Islam.
