You've already admitted if Russia had done the deed it was a war crime.

Are you being dishonest or do you just not read very carefully?

What I said was that if Russia had done it, that I would consider the chance that it is a war crime to be higher then in the actual situation where it was an American AC-130.

The Russian military is more likely to commit a war crime, thus when there is any doubt its less of a stretch to see what they did as possibly being a war crime.

But with the current evidence I would not say (and have not said despite your repeated false claims) "if Russia did it was a war crime".

Russia, US, or anyone else, if they were trying to kill innocent doctors and innocent or mostly innocent patients, then it was a war crime. Such an action is more likely to come from Russia, then from the US, but to actually call it a war crime there should be some serious evidence of such an intent. Miscommunication, or misunderstanding about the target != war crime, even if its Russia, or Iran, or North Korea or even ISIS doing it.
